It's Thursday! Yay! In reference to the comments about Meatloaf yesterday, I guess (Are you ready for this?) 2 out of 3 Ain't Bad.Sorry. I had to do that. Well, I've started the new place. I started out with one company for hosting, but quickly realized they were way over my head as far as whipping up a site. Instead, I am going with Go D@ddy. The price is right and the instructions are pretty easy. I'm locked, loaded and paid for for 2 years. I also decided to go with abeaconoflight.org instead of abeaconoflight.com Since I didn't decide to switch hosting providers until I bought the .com, at least I know nobody will buy that and cause any confusion. When I am set up, either one will point to my site. I just have to change the numbers with the registrar. We watched American Idol last night. We watched until 9 and switched over to Criminal Minds. I recorded Idol to finish watching today. I just saw the rest of it just now. Tonight, alas, someone else must go. I know who I want it to be. More importantly, I know who I DON'T want it to be. Fingers crossed. It was nice to see all the ones that had been bumped still on stage last night helping with the Idol Gives Back show. It was a very moving show. Watching shows like this make me realize how blessed I am. I have never had to face the horrors that many people face every day. Grandmothers in Africa raising their grandchildren after seeing their own children die one after another with Aids. Seeing children and more children dying every day from Malaria, all for want of a mosquito net that costs $10.00. Yes, we are blessed here. Even in our poorest neighborhoods there are programs that offer food and medicines for people that have no money. I know we have problems in this country, but I still can't imaging waking up anywhere else. Well, I'm off to face the day. PS My earlier 2 out of 3 Ain't Bad line just got tossed thanks to Moodygemini It is now 3 our of 4, so that doesn't work. But since it was in favor of Meatloaf, I don't mind. We have a new ER on tonight! Yay!!! And a new Idol. And a new CSI and an new Without a trace. I do too have a life. Later,
