Memorial Day Tribute
I can attend or not attend the church of my choice.
I can work where I want.
I was able to send my children to school
I have never heard a bomb go off.
I have never gone hungry.
I have never gone to bed in fear.
I can speak out publicly against my government.
I can earn as much money as I am capable of.
I can face my accusers.
I can get medical treatment.
I have always had a bed, walls and a roof over my head.
For all these things that I all too often take for granted, I wish to thank all those that gave their time, proved their patriotism and gave their lives so that I might grow up and live my life enjoying these freedoms.
God Bless all the members, past and present of our US military services.
