Another boo-boo for Deja What is it with kids? How can three kids raised in the same family be so very different? I'm talking about my grandbabies. Youngest, Miya is the one that climbed and fell off the basketball hoop. She is also the one that burned her chest. She also broke her arm in two places. She has chronic bronchitis in the winter. She has had much dental work. Next, we have Deja, the one that has Narcolepsy. The one with chronic bronchitis in the winter. The one who started womanhood at 9. The one with much dental work. And then we have the oldest, Brittni. The one who has never been sick. The one that has never had a cold. The one that has never been in the hospital. The one that has never had the flu. The one that has never hurt herself. The one that has never had any dental work other than cleaning. The only time that she has ever taken medicine was back when her TB test came back inconclusive so she had to take the meds for a year. Go figure. This is the latest. Here is what you get when your middle granddaughter gets in a fight with a dumpster. The dumpster wins every time. Thank God, it looks much worse than it is. She did it last night at her Dad's house. Well, actually in the back yard. The idiot called Lori instead of taking her to the hospital. Lori brought her to the Westerly hospital in case they had to keep her. It was only an additional 15 minutes or so from where he lived. X-rays show nothing broken. The doctor held the lid up for and examination and eye test. Aside from a mild concussion and a horrible swollen black eye, she is fine. Her pediatrician looked at it again this morning and sent her to a specialist that agreed with the ER doctor and the pediatrician. The doctor said she can go back to school as soon as she feels ready. Lori dropped her off after the doctors appointment. She loves school. This picture was taken in the back seat of Lori's car when she dropped her at school. 
This was nobody's fault. They were out playing and running as kids do. Though, why their father let them play by a dumpster while he and his girl....... (Mind your business, grandma.......) Lori just called. I guess she called and informed the asshole girls father that he will no longer be taking the girls. He will have to visit at their house. You go girl.
