This and That Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my yard and thank you all for giving Terry a big head! That�s ok. I�m used to it. I still need to put in some more flowers and get a cover for the picnic table. Terry doesn�t know it yet, but I am going to cover it instead of paint it because it is in pretty sorry shape around the edges and I don�t want anyone getting splinters. It�s just easier that way. Besides, I have a brand new umbrella to put in the middle of it and I am itching to get it finished so I can sit out there. All my shows are now in repeat mode. My Charmed has been forever cancelled. (sob) I hope one of the tree stars of that show does something in the fall. The show had a good run. It started in 1998. Eight years is nothing to balk at. I am glad the decision to end the series was the cast and not the network and it went out in the best way possible. They not only tied up all the loose ends, but had a lot of the past reoccurring actors show up for the finale. They also showed the future of all the cast. That was original. Yay to Warner Brothers for ending a great show with style, grace and a wonderful exit. I will miss it terribly. Now it will be sitting on pins and needles to see what other shows will be cancelled. I expect there will be some. I just hope my favorites don�t get the axe too hard.
Boxx (She�s locked so I didn�t link) asked, �What are you doing for your 3-day weekend?� Well, my 3-day weekend is going to last 9 days! As of 3:30 tomorrow afternoon, I�m on VACATION!!! I plan on doing some much need cleaning. I plan on finishing the rewrites on my book. I plan on doing many little things I have left for �later.� I want to go out to lunch with my husband. Then I wasn�t to go and play some pool. Yup. I�m easy. I�m not going away anywhere. Why? Because I can�t really think of anywhere else I would rather be. Seriously. I moved in here last September and took a week then. But, that week was to busy I never got to enjoy it. I plan on enjoying it this time. And yes, I did have a week off back in December, but I was housebound with the cold weather. I don�t plan on that this time around. I'm outta here. I have some serious Pogo-ing to do tonight. I'm too pooped to do much else.
