I just went to renew my Super Gold Membership and I got the following e-mail within 3 minutes of paying through Pay Pal.

This is to inform you that we are no longer taking membership in our Diaryland Accounts.
Due to rising costs of our servers and decreasing membership, the financial burden has become too great to sustain Diaryland.
We have no choice but to close our doors.
As of May 15th, 2004, we will be shutting down the site.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support.

No warning, no warning at all! I am pissed! I don�t want to change diaries. I want to stay here! If I had the money, I would buy the site from him.
This can�t be happening. I don�t know what is going on.
I have sent an e-mail to Andrew but I doubt he will answer it. He is probably getting bombarded right now. Well, we have one month to decide what to do.
I am just going to go and cry.
No, better yet, I am going to get ready to read all my comments. I�m sure to get one or two when I announce April Fool�s!! Did I get ya? For all my non-American readers, that means this was all a joke.
