I Hear That Train A-Comin Rollin Round the Bend... Oh, it�s was so nice to be sitting here at 7:15 this morning and knowing I didn�t have to go to work. The bad thing is that I did something I thought I would never do. I�m sitting here in a nightgown that looks like a T-shirt but goes down to the top of my knees. Here I sit without a care in the world until I remember its trash day! The trash guys are sometimes here by 7:30 and the last thing Terry said last night was, �Don�t forget to put the trash out.� Did I do it last night? Of course not. So I just remembered but knew I didn�t have time to get dressed, so I put on my sneakers, with no socks and hauled ass out the door. I live on a very busy street. (Rt. 3) and a minimum of 40 cars per minute go by at this time of day, as it is the main road into town. Talk about old lady white trailer trash! Here I am with my granny-long t-shirt, sneakers and bed hair with trash container in one hand, cigarette in the other, dragging it down the driveway to the side of the road. The only thing missing was the hair rollers. Yup, white trailer trash, thy name be Cosmic. I am such a fashion plate! Today was to be a running day. Run to the bank, run to the store. Do laundry and make a few more magnets for good measure. I wanted to pick up some soda and goodies to eat on the train tomorrow. Family Dollar snacks are a heck of a lot cheaper than the price on the train. I have gotten so cheap this week I can�t believe it. I want to have extra cash to spend in DC. I found out another person going to JournalCon is Angeline. She was one of the hostesses on Diaryland Survivor. Just more cool people to meet! On the button/magnet front, I got my biggest order so far, this week. I had an order for 100 pins and 50 magnets for a guy running for Town Council here. They are ready to be picked up and paid for. My sticker is on the back of each one and there are three or 4 others people running, so I hope to get more orders from this. This is a good thing, as I have to order some new parts when I get back. Well anyway, as I was saying when I first started, I did get everything done and even managed to become a �Natural Redhead� again. Well, more like a copper penny. Terry says it looks like Page on Charmed. I like it and I will stand out at the station tomorrow so it will be easy for jenne1017 (Sorry Jen, that's the thrid time you've caught my boo-boos this week!) to pick me out. She is such a sweetie. She is even going to carry a sign that says �Cosmic� just like they do on TV! I�m all packed and ready to go. I will be up and in the shower by 6:30, have coffee with Terry, get some goodbye smooches and head out for the 8:50 train. I probably won�t be updating until Monday, as I won�t be back into Westerly until late Sunday night. You all have a great weekend. And to all the JournalCon peeps, I�ll see you tomorrow night!!
