My friday TV nights have gotten better. I have my Ghost Wisperer on at 8:00 and my Number st 10:00 but now it's even better!
There is a new show on NBC called Crusoe. It is the story (with many more inventions and a lot of poetic license taken) of the book, Robinson Crusoe. Many pirates and though the lead, Phillip Winchester is is only 27, he appers closer to 35 - 37 so even at 55, I don't feel like a pervert going gaga over him. We watched it last Friday and we foud it to be a great adventure story and even suitable for the younger set.
Next, another new show is The Ex List. This show is cute. The star Elizabeth Reaser is seperated from from her boyfriend. She was then told by a fortune teller that her sould mate is someone she has dated in her past and if she doesn't marry within one year, she will never mary. So the whole story is her looking back when started dating and searching out all the exes. It's funny. Not a riot, really, but cute.
And then there is a not so new Starter Wife. They premiered a year ago and only rean for about 8 episodes. They brought it back with all new shows. It stars Debra Messer and Joe Montagna amone others. I think it's really funny. It has a 20-something year old, a 30-something a 50-something year old and a 30-something gay guy who is adorable. The 50-year old is now a recovering alcoholic and they are all dealing with some issue or other. Again, not an emmy winner, but cute.
I stile this from Blue Opal Don't worry, I'll give it back to her.
