New Toy! Thank you all. You guys are super. I read Terry each and every comment and guestbook entry. It amazed him. He is doing ok. We are not mentioning the surgery again until the day of. We are pretty good at avoidance. Sometimes it's neccessary. I got a new toy!! 
My New Camera! Kodak CX7310I love it! It is only 3.2 megapixels, but it is perfect for what I need. I scored a little on the price. It was advertised on
the web for about $120.00 but I got it at Wallyworld for $88.00. I have to laugh. My old camera was $179.00 4 years ago and it doesn't do half what this one does. It also took 4 batteries. This one takes 2 rechargable. And guess what the now one does? Video!! Ok, with the internal memory, it just does a 30 second video, but with the 128mg memory card (that I will be getting soon) it will take up to a 7 minute one. Of course I can only take videos of mimes because there is no audio, but hey, that's ok. We are having a Veteran's Day parade here on Saturday. I took my new camera from the store, threw in the batteries and headed for the park. We have a War Memorial here that is quite beautiful.  All around are large plaques listing the local veteran's that gave their lives. It covers the Korean War, World War II and Viet Nam. I don't know why there is not WWI plaque. I really need to find out. Anyway, I took pictures of the monument and all the plaques. Today I need to print them and make them into a button. I plan on being at the park with all the other vendors tomorrow and peddling my wares. I am making 50 to sell. I hope they do. I want to get my face seen at some of these functions so maybe I can build up a name. There will be all sorts of stuff being sold. This town is notorious for it's celebrations. They have a parade or park gathering for everthing, I swear. This is the first town I've ever known to have fireworks 5 times a year. They have a summer fest, winter fest and I think probably the have an "I'm-bored-so-I-think-I'll-celebrate-fest". Oh well. Money to be made folks. Money to be made. See ya! Later,
