Silly man Our kitchen is a reversed U-shape . With nothing in it, the floor space is approximately 8 x 11. In the kitchen, along the right side is the fridge, 2 feet counter space, and then my big glass topped stove, then another 2 feet of counter to the wall. That connects to the small wall that starts on the corner with counter, then double sink and more counter. The long wall on the left has nothing but a window. Unfortunately, if you want a kitchen table with chairs, there is not enough room to maneuver a wheelchair. So instead of a table, we had a butchers rack (wrought iron and black) and a tea caddy (same style). We also have a cabinet on wheels that has two large leaves that fold down when not in use. That sits up against the butchers rack so when using the microwave, you could pull out the dish and the table is right there. Before Terry went into the hospital, he had remarked that the kitchen was miserable to get around in. I agreed. Well this morning, imagine my surprise when Terry disappeared into the kitchen and after about 5 minutes of hearing noise, he breaks out into a rounding chorus of Yellow Submarine. I went out in the kitchen to find the tables all re-arranged, the floor swept and the entire floor empty. He was out there working for about half an hour or better after which he ate a big bowl of cereal, (and brought me one). After he ate, he gave me several kisses all over my mouth and is now taking a nap. Feeling better, ya think? His mood is great. He said he is just giddy with joy at waking up in his own bed. Damn, I love that guy. Later, Cosmic
