Housework I had PLANNED to clean the whole house last weekend. Ya right! I WAS going to start upstairs and clean walls woodwork and closets. Sure! I INTENDED on staying away from the computer for two days. Oh ya, like THAT was going to happen! But I realize, thanks to my e-mail friends, that I should be happy. I did manage to clean out my closet. I think I have aliens or something living in there. I have a double-wide with folding doors. It was full. I must have thrown out 3 or four jackets, six or seven blouses, 4 or 5 pairs of slacks and even a winter coat. It filled two large sized garbage bags. I went to put away laundry on Sunday and lo and behold, no room! Maybe it isn't aliens. Maybe it is little elves sewing clothes as fast as I take them out. I only wish if this were true, they would sew me some more current fashions. Most of my clothes date back to the pre-ice age. I still own (Ugh) polyester slacks. I can't bring myself to throw all of them out because they are so comfortable to wear around the house on the weekends. And even though they are somewhat out of style, they still look new. Leave it up to the fashion industry to make the ugly ones last the longest. Well, almost time for the "Sheild" to come on, so I'll try to come up with more interesting entry tomorrow, but don't bet on it. Later...
