Friday - Rah Another Friday~ yipee! We are going to Shelter Harbor today for Cat's 25th Anniversary. That is, we are going if she managed to stay out of the hospital since 3:30 yesterday. So this means I get out of Work at 12:00 and don't go back until Wedneday! Monday is a holiday and I'm Taking Tuesday just because. Sister #1 and I went to Bingo last night. Don't ask. I submitted a poem to Uncle Bob Uncle Bob and Wendigo's new site, Suckass Poems yesterday. Other than them, I was first! I was their virgin poem! I was also their virgin Note signer! I am such a diaryland juckie! I was amazed at how many people wrote one in 24 short hours. I guess there are more exhibitionists out there than I thought. Some of them are funny enough to make me laugh out loud at my monitor. Some of them reaffirm my belief that it is not, sometimes a good thing to meet online people in real life. Some of these people are Scarey!!! I'm just kidding. They are really funny. Thanks to those of you who responded to my little ditty yesterday. I never professed to be e e cummings. I just have fun at it, that's all. I'm looking forward to this next four days off. Hopefully I can get outside and give my car a much needed cleaning. Though I am not sure this is a good idea. It's a 1989 Mercury Tracer and I have a sneaking suspicion that the dirt is the only thing holding it together. I have a pair of sweat pants in the hatchback area that have been there well over 2 years. I do occasionally pick up the random cigarette acks, the empty soda bottles and the losing lottery tickets. But I REALLY need to clean the windows and the dash. I think the dash is dark gray, but I'm not sure. I remember the last time I washed the inside of my windows. For 2 years I had been telling people that I couldn't drive at night because I was night blind. Amazing what washing 2 years of nicotine off will do for ya! One bottle of Windex is a heck of a lot cheaper than a new pair of classes. The other thing that is in there is a bumble bee that is aquished a year or so ago. I am leaving him there though. It is a warning to all other creatures that crawl or fly to STAY THE HELL OUT OF MY CAR! They fly in, I'm sure, but then they take one look at the squished bug and fly straight out! "Man, did you see that shit? I ain't sticking around here!" So that stays. Later... Later,
