Yay Gateway! Well, call me a happy camper. I went out and bought me a new Gateway. Well, it's not really new, it's one year old, but it blows away that POS Comaq! I now have a 730 MHz processor (as opposed to 333) I now have 64 Mg. Ram, and I now have a 17" screen. I love it. I used to have a Gateway but got rid of it when It became too old. I still kick myself for not just upgrading. Anyway, Color me a happy camper. So today will spent re-installing all my stuff. I have a CD-writable I have never used yet. Maybe today, I'll figure that little beast out. Of course the first thing I installed was my Cox Cable internet. I can't be offline too long. I suffer withdrawal. Today promises to be cool and overcast. Yippee! I love it! I got up at 6 and made coffee. It is now 6:30 and it's like a morgue around here. I love early morning. It's quiet and peaceful. I live on a main road and it's nice not hearing all the traffic that is sure to pick up in the next hour. We are surrounded by trees here. All I can hear right now besides the occasional car going by, is birds. By the sounds, we must have 4 or 5 different species. It is a nice way to wake up. Every day should start like this. We watched TV last night. I finally (yes ibepiglet) got tho see SHREK. If you haven't seen it, rent it! It is by far the best movie I have seen in ages. It has a message that everyone needs to hear, especially little girls. Terry and I sat here laughing our asses off. Great flick! I have to go buy it now so I can watch it with my grandbabies. There are so many one-liners in it, you almost have to watch it more than once. Well,I have to run now. So much to do, so little time. Weekends should be 4 days long. Later... Later,
