Yay Westerly! I have to give a HUGE shout out to my town, Westerly, Rhode Island this morning. YAY WESTERLY!!As of now, not only will teachers have to go through a routine criminal background check, but so will volunteers!!Thank You Lord! I think this is not only a good idea, but a very necessary one. If anyone choses not to volunteer because of this, they aren't needed anyway. Good for you, Westerly School Department. Good for you.
