Reinforcment time. Four pounds in four days! I�m not bragging. This is just my way of reinforcing my diet. I will only do this after a three or pound loss. Sorry. I need reinforcement to stick with this. I plan on losing the 24 pounds I have left by August 1st. Well, that�s the plan. Last night�s dinner was a nice steak, sliced cheese and olives. Lunch now is a salad with chicken or ham every day. I am drinking water with Wallyworld�s brand of Cryst@l Lite in it. Not too bad. Not too expensive either since we have the bottled water at work. So, first it�s the weight and then comes the smoking. All in good time. All in good time. I want to look and smell good at my book signing, right? Right! Okay, off to work. Later�.
