nuttin much here I've been very busy. I am slowly getting used to this weird lifestyle. Acceptance is a funny thing. Just when you think you have a handle on things you realize that you don't have a handle on diddly. Well maybe you have a hand on diddly, but if you do, please keep it to yourself. That is just TMI. I personally keep my hands off diddly. Anyway, I am now getting ready to take the plunge back into something I mentioned awhile back. I am now ready for the great unveiling. I give you; Lighthouse Beacon Okay, so that's it. I don't know if my mega tags will help me with getting it seen or not. Maybe it's a stupid idea. Maybe I won't have anyone write, but that's okay. I'll push it and promote it. Who knows? Perhaps I will answer one question for one person that will make a difference. Maybe not. Time will tell. Did anyone but me watch Ellen today? I thought I was going to pee my pants. Robin Williams is my absolute favorite comedian. After Lucille Ball and Carol Burnette, I would say that Ellen Degeneres is my next favorite comedianne. Robin was her guest today. If I had been in that audience today I would have thought my dreams had come true. It was probably the best Ellen episode I have seen. Although, I was sad to hear that Robin Williams was getting divorced, he made a statement that I thought was one of the most poignant things I have ever heard. When asked by Ellen how he was handling it his answer was, and this is not verbatim, "We are dealing with the divorce the same way we dealt with the marraige. With love." I thought that was a beautiful way of putting it. Well, I'm off to bed but I thought I would just mention one more thing. Have you noticed the gas prices lately?? That's it. I've had it. I am buing a new car. Want to see it? Oh, I almost forgot. I found a great new site. It's at The Daily Plate If you want to join as a member it costs 45.00 for the year. You just punch in what you ate and it figures out all the carbs, calories, sodium and other things for you. It keeps track of everything on one site. You don't have to look up and keep track of everything on you own. I made a "meal" out of my honeynut cheerios, milk and fruit. All I put in is my "breakfast" and it puts all the ingredients in for me. It shows my daily and weekly everything. If I put in that I ate something like, say a fried hamburger with cheese, it will offer me a healthier alternative like a steamed burger. You can put in crackers and it will pull up a list of saltines, keebler and a ton of other kinds so you can put in exactly what you ate and not have to figure out anything. It even has a graph to chart your weight. It's a great site so far. I'll let you know how I love it in a month or so. What I alread love is that it is tracking my sodium and after only 4 days, I can see where a lot of it is coming from. Just one of my favorite Stoffer's panini is 1200 mg of sodium. My limit is 2000 for the day. That was just one sandwich. I also never realized the salt in cheese. Like I said, I'll let you know.
Later, Cosmic
