Weekend who-ha. How cool is this? James Doohan, who played Montgomery "Scotty" Scott in the original Star Trek series and several movies, will have a few grams of his ashes launched into space Oct. 21 from southern New Mexico. Doohan died last July at age 85. Pretty darn cool. After years of everyone telling him to beam them up, Scotty will finally be able to beam up himself. Talk about being blasted into outter space! Its Friday! Its Friday!! Hey, everyone, did I mention Its Friday? There is a wine cooler (or 10) waiting for me in my fridge. There is, thus far, an unmade pizza up the street from where I live. There is Monk and Psych on the TV and games and games of pogo to be played. All this, just waiting for 3:30 to get here for the weekend to commence. Oh, there is also some much needed sleep coming tomorrow morning. It is 2:20 and I have one hour and 10 minutes left. The only drawback to this otherwise perfect scenario is that we are under yet another severe thunderstorm watch. I hate it. Ya, ya, ya. I know. You guys love them! Whee! Look at the pretty flashes! Wow, hear that thunder! Ya. Bite me. Later, Cosmic
