It's Finally Happened!! 
I woke up this morning and had to go up into the bathroom to get the water for my coffee. Why? Because it is 13 degrees below 0 and the downstairs pipes are frozen! Ever since they put in the elevator, we have had this problem. Well it is actually only the second time it has happened, but that is once too many. When it warms up a bit down stairs, I am going to have to stick some more insulation up in the hole they made. Hopefully that will take care of it. Then I have to go pick up meds for Terry, go grocery shopping and catch up on laundry. Gee what fun it is to have a day off.
What a difference a day makes! We didn't get the satelite dish yesterday. The men came to install it and told us to call back when we have no snow on the roof. I guess climbing a 40 foot ladder and crawling onto the peak of a snow laden roof is just a little too much danger for them. Go figure. I guess that means we will be stuck with cable till spring! We are scheduled on the 20th to get rid of the Cox telephone now. They can't do it any sooner. And today I get to call back to schedule Verizon to come and install the DSL for our computers so I can get rid of Cox high speed. I went onto their site and it still says that DSL isn't available in this area, but hey, what do I know. Terry said the woman told him it is, so I guess it is. It still remains to be seen. My daughter is dropping off my granddaughter, Brittni for the day/night. Lori is taking her boyfriend to a Nets game in NJ tonight. Smart girl. That's one way to make sure he spends VDay with her. Oh yes, to all of you romantics out there, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!!! ...and to Terry, I LOVE YOUWILL YOU BE MY VALENTINE? Later... Later,
