It's only a movie, it's only a movie, its..... I am sitting up at 12:00 midnight. Why? Because stupid me went and bought a movie. A previousley viewed movie called, THE RINGNow I don't dare go to sleep. And if anyone calls me in the next day or two, I am going to shoot them.I am not going to tell what the movie is about because if you have seen it, you already know, and if you haven't, I don't want to spoil it for you. But if you like horror movies, by all means, go rent it. I think it is by far one of the scariest ones I have seen in ages. The last one to scare me like that was the Exorcist. I still can't watch that all the way through. A close second to that would be the Shining. I don't know why I watch that stuff. I know though I will sleep ok tonight, that within the next week or so, when I least expect it, I will have nightmares. It got over at 10:30 and Terry went upstairs to bed. He didn't even think it was scarey. Since then, I have had the basketball game on with no sound and been on the computer. I don't even like basketball. Scarey, scarey stuff. (The movie, not the basketball, but you knew that, didn't you?)
We had sunshine here today, finally. For all of about 8 minutes. Tomorrow we may get 9. I am turning bitter folks. I was off sick Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Rain, rain, rain. Week-end comes and I feel better. Rain, rain. Yesterday I wanted to get out and do something. Rain. Today, no rain. Clouds, clouds, clouds. Add to that, the temperature hasn't risen much above 55 until today. Today we got a tropical heat wave! All of 62 degrees folks! Want to hear the kicker? Weather advisory for yesterday was a riptide alert. Yup. If you're going swimming, watch out for those riptides! Who in hell would be swimming??????
Well, I think I am chilled out enough to go to bed now. Maybe tomorrow I can watch the porch dry. Later... Later,
