Just a break Howdy everyone. I just wanted to jump in for a minute so you'll all know I'm still here. This dial-up business is getting old, real quick. We got the word today that it should be back to normal soon. We had a scary situation here in town today. Someone in our town received an envelope with whit powder in it. As of now, we still haven't been told who received it, who sent it, nor what the powder is. Scary thought. This is a small town and things like that don't happen here. Or at least, they didn't. Hopefully, it is just talc or something and was innocent. I hope so. Our contract was finally signed last night. Now we are just waiting for our union rep to come get it and sign it. Gee, it may actually be done before our September 30 year end. Only one year without a contract. Go figure. Tomorrow is September 11th. It is a strange day for me now. Memories, renewed fears and sad thoughts are mixed with Happy thoughts that it is my brother's and my oldest Grandchild's birthday. Brittni is going to be 11. Boy does time fly. It seems like yesterday she was a little burst of energy running around the house. At two, she would crack me up. I would be babysitting and the TV program "Cops" would come on. She would stop dead in her tracks as soon as the music started and start jumping up and down hollering, "Bad Bo, Bad Bo! And then she would wiggle her little butt. She has grown up so much! She is now a tll thin beautiful young girl with all the grace of a princess. She is all girl and loves it. She is my first and though it may not be right, she is special to me. I just wish I saw more of her. Well, time to hit the sack. I have a busy day again tomorrow. Hope everyone's lives are happy. Later... Later,
