Almost there! Just a quickie. (No, not that kind of quickie,you perv) I am just taking a break from studying. Terry has been gone for the day so I figured I would do some serious studying. I managed to study for and take 3, count them 3 exams today. Scores were 95, 90, and 90. This is getting tougher every lesson. If it were just about designing and creating, it would be one thing, but here is an axample of a question from the last exam: As a network administrator for a large corporation that sends and receives many sensitive communications, you wish to set up a system that uses a public key to encode messages and a private key known only by the sender and recipient to decode messages. Which of the following terms describes the type of system you should set up?A. Symmetric transmission
B. Public key transmission
C. Private decryption
D. Asymmetric encryption And believe it or not, that was one of the easier ones. The good news is, I now only have 2 more exams and a final project and I graduate!! Ya, I know. That and $1.25 will get me a cup of coffee. But damn! I am so proud of myself! I have been hacking away at this since September 2002. That is just 3 months shy of 2 years. It seems like only yesterday that I wrote this Yup, I was going to finish this up in 9 months. Sure. Amazing what a little reconstruction surgery and bladder surgery will do to ya, huh?
