Happy Friday! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Well, it is going to this week end if the weatherman is right. Total accumulation for the period between Friday night and late Saturday could be as much as 6 to 7 inches. That is fine by me. Bu Monday morning when I have to pull out of my yard, the roads will be normal again, so let it snow! I don't mind the snow at all. I don't like icy roads. But hey, like I tell my friends, "If you don't like the winter, get the heck out of New England." Being in Rhode Island the past 9 years, I haven't seen any real bad winters. Growing up in Maine we got them. Thought the past 15 years or so, they seem to have gotten lighter. I plan on putting my tree up tomorrow. I like to have it at least look like winter before I do. I think tomorrow will work out just fine. Put on the Christmas CD's or a Christmas special on TV, make a little rum and egg nog and let the trimming begin! We are still waiting to see if Harry has to go back to Iraq. The are trying to get him inot a school in KY. If it doesn't work out, he will be shipped back on the 9th. We are all praying and hoping it doesn't happen. Gee, I was about to do the Friday Five, and there isn't going to be one this week. Oh well. Tht's only the second time that has happened. I amsure he/she has a life outside of diaryland too. Some times we take it for granted when someone or something who is always there is missing. I hope whatever reason there is for not having it, isn't a bad one. I hope they are just too busy. You all have a wonderful Friday. I may do a quickie tonight if I can think of something worthwhile to yak about. Later... Later, Cosmic
