Happy Sunday I did all my running around yesterday, so today I am knee deep in cleaning. I managed to get my grocery shopping done and my hair cut. I wasn�t sure I wanted to go really short, but after seeing trancejen�s do, I decided that that�s the way I wanted to go.
The sides are all short and spiked too. I love it. Of course, after I got the new cut, I had to color it. I did that this morning. Back to the red. It isn�t as bright as I usually do it. I�ll have to re-do the color next week. I put gel on and the spikes stay. The great thing about this style, or lack of, is that I can get up and shower, run my fingers through it with the gel and head out the door. I used to try to use a curling iron. The same thing would happen ever time. 1. Buy curling iron. 2. Plug in curling iron and wait until hot. 3. Attempt using curling iron while looking in mirror. 4. Not be able to figure out if hair goes over or under, resulting in looking like I stuck my finger in a light socket. 5. Not having the patience of a gnat, I don�t keep the iron on long enough and the result is that hair is straight within 10 minutes. 6. Attempting to do it over, in my haste, I burn myself. 7. Get pissed off at said curling iron and give it to daughter, who now probably has 34 curling irons in her home. 8. Finally realize that I am a totally uncoordinated idiot and stop buying said curling irons. So you see? A short do is perfect for me. Sure I still look like I stuck my finger in a light socket. But since I paid out good hard cash for it, I get to call it a hair �do� instead of a hair �don�t� . All is right in the world. Thank you Trance Later�
