I guess I should have read the whole entry before shooting off my mouth. I just finished reading everything on the site and in the wise old words of that famous commercial,

All I can say is,
�It MAY be held in Washington DC.
If I am reading this whole thing correctly NOW , it is a bid to hold Journalcon 2004 there. I will post again when I know more.
