Saturday Stuff Being that I am Irish by birth (Karen Kay Kelley and dont even mention those Initials!) I was a proper Irish Lass yesterday. I didnt go to Mass. I am not Catholic. I didnt make Corned Beef and Cabbage. I do not like corned beef. I didnt drink green beer. Who the hell made that up anyway? No self respecting Irishman puts food coloring in their beer. Thats blasphemy! As for the story about St Patrick (Who was English by birth), getting all the snakes out of Ireland, I heard he was the only one that ever saw any. Ireland never had any snakes. Ok. Have another stout, Patrick.
Moving right along, (youre welcome)
Terry wore the mask again last night. In case you havent read the previous posts, that is a Sleep mask for Apnea. No, we werent getting kinky. And if we were, I wouldnt tell you anyway. Ok, I would. Anyway, he said it was really not bad. He fell asleep with no problem until he was brought violently awake with a nightmare that he was being suffocated. (Damn, I thought he was asleep!) Seriously though, he woke up and couldnt find the release tab. He has an emergency pull string but couldnt find that either. It wasnt dangerous, as the tube is wide and there is no way it could clog up, but he wasnt totally awake yet so he was in moderate terror. No, make that full-blown terror. He doesnt know what time that happened, and I slept through it (arent I just the sensitive wife?) but he hasnt thrown in the towel. I got a great e-mail today (Thank you Heather) from a lady that wears one. She said it took awhile for her to get used to it but it makes a huge difference to her now that she has. And unclebob has been a big help too. He will put it on again tonight. I was reading the news this morning. I figured I would share this with you, my closest friends. You can get in on the ground floor and make a ton of money! Or not.
