Insert egg on face Ha! Ha, I say! Just when I not only win the point, but get back up support, I am so totally shot down! Thanks to Katherine. For those of you who didn't read my entry yesterday, or my posts, I'll wait...... Ok, I am wrong. It will happen every 100 years, not 1,000. Yes, I will tell co-worker. We were both wrong. I must go and wipe the egg off my face. Yes, Elgan, it was adolescent. I have stated many times that I am a grandma, but I have never said I was a grown up. I sometimes get very competitive, but only when I am spoken down to. My shackles go up. Way up. And yes, I know it is a waste of time, but I can't stop myself. It's part of the not-so-pleasant side of my make-up. I am aware of it. You can tell me I am wrong till the cows come home and I have no problem with that. It's the way it was said. Instead of just saying, "I think I'm right." It comes off as "I'm right and your wrong, and stupid." Yes, then I get defensive. But anyway. Bottom line, I'm wrong this time. I will be wrong again. But, darn it I thought I was right. And cheers to Katherine for figuring it out. Well time for work. Maybe I'm a mumpsimus afterall. Later�
