I want to thank all my buddies for the wonderful cards and even a beautiful picture. kitchenlogic, moee, acaldwell (Art), radiogurl, and MC, wyndspirit, poolagirl, golfwidow, alwaysange, forty-plus, and l-empress I almost got lefse, but I think the guys at the post office sniffed it out and ate it. But thank you anyway, Lena. I hit an all time high this year! Wahooo! There was one other one I could have sworn I got, but cant find it for the life of me. If you sent one and arent mentioned, leave me a comment and a kick in the pants.
The girls are due in a half hour. We will indulge in pizza and soda. There shall be ripping and tearing of paper. There shall be messy floor. For about an hour and a half. Then there will be paper plates put in the trash, paper picked up and put in the garbage and like a poof, they will be gone.
All that planning and shopping and it will be over in less than two hours. Oh well. They will leave happy.
We bought the two youngest girls a sponge-bob tv/dvd combo. They will be tickled and argue non-stop whos room it should go in. Right up until morning when they find out that Santa brought them one too. We are such kidders.
Terry loves his new chair. Its soft and squishy. We each open one present Christmas Eve. He got his chair on Thursday so thats counted as his one early one. I opened mine because I knew what it was. I now am the proud owner of Printshop 22. I love the projects you can make with it and it has tons of graphics. Im thinking maybe calendars next year.
Took a break. Now Im back. They got here at 6:30 and were gone by 7:45. Whew. Whirlwind.
We open our presents to each other and our stockings tomorrow morning. Then it is a lay-around day of TV and munching until Lori brings up our dinner around 5:00.
We are spoiled rotten, I tell ya.
We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas or whatever you chose to celebrate this season.
