hum-drum Busy, busy week. I figured that with bosslady on vacation that this week would go quick, but I didn't realize How quick. I have gotten a ton of stuff done, but still have 3 tons left. By the looks of the weather reports, we may not even have work on Friday. There is a chance that we are going to get one heck of a storm. If that happens, it means a 4 day week-end. I could deal with that. Other than work, my life has been pretty routine lately. Nothing big going on. Work, home, Tv, bed. That is ok too. When things are going crazy, I yearn for times like these so I appreciate them when they come. I don't know what pharmacies you have in your neighborhood, but in New England, one of the most abundant is CVS, short for Consumer Value Stores. I heard they were getting rid of the rest of their Christmas stock today, so I went up and scored big time. Diet? Did someone say diet? All the leftover Christmas candy was 90, yes, 90% off!! How is a girl supposed to start her diet when you can get $70.00 worth of stuff for $7.00? How, I ask you? How? This will last hubby and me well into February. Then we will have to deal with the after Valentines sales. It's a conspiracy, I tell ya. A conspiracy. In all honesty, there was a bunch of Christmas paper, labels and stuff for the grandbabies in there too. So it isn't quite that bad. Time to make dinner. You all have a good night. Later... Later,
